The CR40 cocoa bean cracker has an adjustable gap for effective cracking, minimizing the risk of excessive breakage or incomplete cracking of the beans.
The CR40 machine also integrates a shaking tray for sorting the products into two types after cracking: cocoa nibs and small kernels, facilitating the subsequent shell blowing process.
