The PR20 cocoa butter press utilizes cold pressing method to extract cocoa butter, oil from various seeds, or other oil-containing ingredients such as pressed oil from dried avocados.<\/p>\n

Temperature control is achieved through cold pressing technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the slow pressing of the oil under high pressure, the temperature during the pressing process is always low, without changing the chemical properties of the pressed raw materials and the finished product. This is especially important in the issue of temperature control during the chocolate production process.<\/p>\n
