COMBINE CRAKER AND WINNOWER\ncrake the cocoa beans and peels the roasted cocoa beans, transforming them into fully cleaned cocoa nibs, ready to be loaded into the melanger grinder.<\/p>\n

Simple, automatic, and most importantly \u2014 completely new <\/strong><\/p>\n

With many years of experience with equipment and hundreds of laboratory tests, we have updated our cocoa bean crusher and peeler with automatic seed and shell separation to make it better, with a kernel loss rate of less than 1%!<\/p>\n

Shell separation without crake<\/strong><\/p>\n

Need to dehull more but don\u2019t want to re-grind the beans and lose some of the cocoa beans along with the hulls? Use a side-loading hopper to skip the grinding step \u2014 in this case only the fan runs, reducing motor wear and energy costs.<\/p>\n

Quick and convenient cleaning <\/strong><\/p>\n

The cocoa shells are discharged in one direction by a screw conveyor, so you only need to use a shell container and empty it when full without disassembling any machine parts.<\/p>\n

Dust and smaller shells settle at the bottom of the cyclone containers; simply open the container lids to remove the dust.<\/p>\n
